My buddy swore by ceramic pads, now I'm eating rotor dust
He said ceramics last forever and stop better, but after 6 months in Phoenix traffic my front rotors are grooved like a vinyl record and the pedal feels like stepping on a wet sponge. Has anyone else had ceramics chew through rotors this fast or did I just get a bad batch?

Mine ate through rotors in 4 months, pedal went soft too.
