Hit 60,000 miles on the original pads and I'm honestly weirded out by it

Six years and 60k miles. Same pads, same rotors, no shimmy, no squeal. That little wear indicator tab hasn't even touched yet. I'm not bragging, I'm suspicious. My last car ate fronts at 28k like clockwork. This one's a 2019 Civic I bought new and I keep waiting for the other shoe to drop. My buddy's got the same car and he's on his third set of rears. Is this just how they're built now or did I get some freak batch of ceramic? Anyone else ever put six figures on a set of factory pads or am I the anomaly here?
