Was dead set against tubeless tires for years until I flatted twice on the same gravel ride near Boulder last month

After patching two tubes on the side of a dirt road I finally caved and set up my wheels with Stan's sealant and some old tires I had laying around, and now I'm wondering how much time I wasted being stubborn about it - has anyone else found a setup that actually holds air longer than a week?

My buddy Mark put 4 ounces in his gravel tires and they held pressure for two months straight.

Man, that's exactly what happened to me. The trick nobody talks about is running a little more sealant than the bottle says, like 3-4 ounces per tire makes all the difference for holding air long term.
