My shop's new repair log system is eating into my wrench time
My boss made us start filling out a super detailed form for every bike we work on. It's adding like an extra 10 minutes per job, which adds up fast. How do you keep up with admin tasks without falling behind on repairs?

Our shop switched to digital check-ins last year and it kills me. The tablet form has like 20 steps, takes a solid 15 minutes just to log a simple flat fix. Customers end up waiting way longer now.

20 steps for a flat fix? @patel.jennifer, that's crazy. Who designed a system that takes 15 minutes for something so simple? It should be quick, not a paperwork marathon. Customers hate waiting, and this just makes it worse. Digital check-ins are supposed to help, but this sounds like a step backwards.
