My last roommate in Austin ran a cheap little purifier 24/7 and I thought it was placebo nonsense, especially after our place got dusty from the renovation upstairs. Two weeks in, my morning congestion that I'd had for months just faded, and my asthma attacks dropped from every other day to once a week at most. Has anyone else had a budget air purifier actually make a visible difference in their apartment, or did I just get lucky with the dust storm timing?
