Found out from a renter's rights packet at the Franklin County office that Ohio lets a landlord give just 24 hours notice before walking in, which made my roommate's "paper trail" habit feel way less cute and way more like a warning, so now I'm asking: does anyone else have a roommate who keeps receipts like it's a court case?
