DAE think a roommate contract is overkill til you're out $200 on a shared internet bill in Phoenix?
My buddy kept pushing a written agreement and I figured it was paranoid nonsense, but then my roomie swore he paid his half in March and my bank app showed nothing. Anyone got a simple one page template that doesn't feel like a legal threat?
