The muffler that tried to become a lawn dart last Tuesday

I was doing a quick exhaust swap on an old F-150 in my bay when the hanger clamp shot loose and the whole rear section dropped like a cartoon anvil. Thing bounced off the lift arm and rolled clear across the shop floor, nearly took out the parts guy's foot. Took me 20 minutes to fish it out from under the tire rack, and the customer walked in mid-chase asking if everything was fine. I just pointed at the dented pipe and said 'she's a little dramatic today.' Anyone else had a part go full projectile on them during a routine job?
