That Thursday I had 3 transmission flushes booked and zero drama
Had a day last month where every job just went smooth, no stripped bolts, no comebacks, even the 5.4 Triton spark plug on a 2008 F-150 came out clean. Ever had a day where the cars just cooperate and you almost feel suspicious about it?

Man, those days are the best. You get that weird feeling like something bad is about to happen because everything went too well. I've had a few of those where every bolt cracked loose, every filter spun on perfect, and no one called back the next week. It's almost spooky, like the car gods are playing a joke on you. But I just take 'em and enjoy it while it lasts, because the next day is always waiting to give you that stripped pan bolt.

The car gods playing a joke is right. I've learned to knock on wood three times and say "easy day" out loud, just in case. You ever find that the worst days always start with a rusted bolt that looks perfect until it snaps?
