Switched from traditional brake fluid flush to a pneumatic bleeder and wasted 3 hours

I figured the vacuum bleeder would cut my brake job time in half, but the damn thing kept sucking air around the bleeder threads and pulling bubbles into the line. Has anyone else had better luck with the pressure style bleeder instead?

That Motive bleeder works fine on most cars, but I've noticed it can push old crud from the master cylinder into the ABS module on higher-mileage vehicles. Might be worth a bench bleed first if yours has over 100k.

Hated pressure bleeders for years. Then borrowed a Motive Power Bleeder from a buddy. Total game changer. No more fighting with bubbles.

Try using Teflon tape on the bleeder threads to stop that air leak first.
