Paid $350 for one of those Autel scanners that was supposed to have free lifetime updates. Made it exactly 11 months before the screen just went black and never turned back on. Customer service said I was out of warranty by two months and offered me a 10% discount on a new one. Ten percent off a brick, what a steal.
