Found a trick for freeing up frozen brake caliper pistons using a grease gun

I had a stuck caliper on my 2004 F-150 in the driveway last weekend and tried forcing grease through the bleeder screw with a cheap hand pump, popped the piston right out after 10 minutes, has anyone else done this instead of buying a new caliper?

...which is how I ended up with brake fluid sprayed all over my Goodwill jeans and a grease gun that now only does one thing, pop calipers. It works fine but now every time I look at that truck I half expect a puff of grease to come out of the brake lines when I hit the pedal. You saved yourself a trip to the parts store but you might have given your ABS module a new hobby.
