Lol my mom is actually the GOAT for tech stuff. She fixed my printer last week when three different google results just made it worse. Sometimes the old school methods just work better.

Oh man, totally. Sometimes the most obvious fix is right in front of your face but you're too busy overthinking it. Your mom sounds like a legend, I'd trust someone who's actually done the thing over a random blog post any day.
