Trying to figure out the watch order for the Fate series took me 3 days

I wanted to start the Fate anime but the watch order guides online were a total mess. Some said start with Zero, others said Unlimited Blade Works, and a few mentioned the old 2006 version. I spent hours reading old forum threads and watching YouTube explainers. After 3 days of this, I just picked one and went with it. Has anyone found a simple guide that doesn't make your head spin?

Honestly, I just picked one at random and my watch order is probably a war crime.
