Rant: Threw $130 at a Crunchyroll subscription for a year and I'm still getting ads for the same five shows
Signed up for the premium tier thinking I'd get early access to the good stuff and instead all I got was a slower loading screen and a recommendation engine that keeps pushing Sword Art Online at me even though I told it three times I hate that show, has anyone else been burned by a streaming service that promised more than it delivered?

That $130 could've bought you six months of a gym membership or a solid stack of used books, but instead you paid for the privilege of being annoyed by Sword Art Online ads. Companies figured out long ago that selling the promise of convenience is way more profitable than actually delivering it.
