Tried wireless sensors vs hardwired on a 3-story townhouse last month

The wireless ones were way easier to run but I had 2 dropouts on the top floor. Hardwired took me an extra day but zero callbacks. Anyone else find wireless still unreliable in bigger builds?

Heard a guy say newer wireless protocols are better now but older standards still have range issues, especially through multiple floors. Might just be the setup in that townhouse though.
