Had to choose between a wired and wireless setup for a big old house in Savannah

The client wanted a full system but the plaster walls made running wire a nightmare. I could either spend two extra days fishing cables or use a wireless kit and risk signal issues. I went with wireless, adding a few extra repeaters in the dead zones I found. It worked out fine, but I'm still thinking about the long-term battery changes. Do you guys trust wireless for a full house install?

Forget the tech for a second, what about the ghosts? Old houses move and settle, which can mess with a wireless signal way more than people talk about. I'd worry about that over the batteries, lol.

Ever wonder if the ghosts are just mad about the bad wifi? My old apartment would drop signal every time the floorboards creaked!
