An old timer told me my wire runs were too neat

Back when I started, I used to zip-tie every wire into perfect bundles inside the panel. This guy with 30 years in the business saw one of my installs and said I was making future service a nightmare. He showed me how leaving service loops and loose bundles actually saves time when you need to trace a wire or swap a board. Now I keep things tidy but not museum perfect. Anyone else get told to loosen up their work?
