That time my neighbor swore by soaking chicken in pickle juice before air frying
My neighbor Mike, who runs a diner, told me to brine chicken thighs in pickle juice for 2 hours before tossing them in the air fryer at 375... I thought it was a prank but tried it anyway and the meat came out insanely juicy and tangy. Has anyone else tried a weird marinade that actually worked?

Wait is calling chicken "insanely juicy and tangy" really that big of a deal though? I mean yeah it's a little over the top but it's just chicken, not some life changing dish. People throw around words like "insane" for everything nowadays, from a good sandwich to a funny meme. Maybe the person just really liked their chicken and got carried away, no need to call them dramatic over it.
