Three months of air fryer wings changed my game completely
I used to think oven baked wings were fine, but they always came out kinda soggy on the bottom. Then I got an air fryer last December and tried making wings at 380 degrees for 25 minutes. The difference was NIGHT and day - crispy all over, juicy inside, no flipping needed. Last week I did a batch for a party and people thought they were deep fried. I just used baking powder and salt for the coating, nothing fancy. Has anyone else noticed how much better reheated wings are in the air fryer vs microwave?
