Vent: Why do air fryer recipes never mention the sheer panic of the beeping when you're not ready?

I burned my fingers last night because I was still looking for the tongs when it went off.

Stranger at the store changed how I use my air fryer

I was grabbing veggies and some random person showed me their method for perfect fries in the machine. It totally upped my snack game. Have you ever gotten a cool recipe idea from someone you just met?

Shoutout to my cousin for turning me around on air fryer veggies

I always thought my kids would never eat vegetables from the air fryer because they look dry. My cousin came over and made zucchini sticks with a little oil and parmesan. The kids gobbled them up and asked for more. Now I make a batch every night and it cuts down on dinner fights.

I swore off air fryer Brussels sprouts until last week

I tried them once and they came out burnt and bitter, so I gave up. My cousin made me try her method with a bit of oil and garlic powder. They were so crispy and sweet, I've made them three times since. Why did I wait so long to give it another shot?

Finally nailed air fryer salmon and it's a game-changer...

I've always been scared to cook fish in the air fryer... thought it would dry out or stick. But last night, I tried a simple marinade and preheated the basket... it came out perfectly flaky and juicy. Everyone at the table was shocked... now I'm never going back to pan-frying. Seriously, if you haven't tried salmon in there, you're missing out.
