Rant: I was at my kid's soccer game in the rain and had a total air fryer moment
It was last Saturday, freezing and wet, and I was trying to eat soggy fries from the concession stand. I watched a dad pull a container of hot, crispy chicken tenders out of a bag he'd brought from home. He told me he just made them in his air fryer before leaving, and they were still perfect. I tried it this week with some frozen mozzarella sticks, cooking them for 8 minutes at 380. They came out so much better than anything I could buy there. What are your best 'make at home and bring' air fryer snacks for stuff like this?

Frozen mini tacos work great for that... just a quick spray of oil and 10 minutes at 400. The shells stay super crunchy even in a container. I also do homemade pizza rolls with wonton wrappers, they reheat way better than the store-bought kind.

Hold up, you don't need to spray oil on frozen mini tacos before air frying. They already have oil in the coating from the factory. Adding more just makes them greasy and can mess with how they crisp up. I learned that the hard way. Just throw them in straight from the bag. They get plenty crispy without the extra spray.
