PSA: My neighbor's air fryer caught fire while cooking frozen fries.

I saw the smoke from my window and heard the fire alarm, and the fire department said it was likely from built-up grease in the basket. I always just gave mine a quick rinse, but now I'm taking the whole basket apart to scrub it. How often do you all do a deep clean on your fryer?

My cousin once tried that with his new car and ended up with soap streaks baked into the paint. It's a whole thing now, @uma394.
