I thought the air fryer hard boiled egg trick was total nonsense until I tried it in my tiny Austin apartment
I saw a clip where someone put eggs in the air fryer at 270 for 15 minutes and I figured they would just explode or come out rubbery. Tried it with 6 eggs on a Tuesday after work and they peeled so clean that my roommate asked what I did differently, plus no pot of boiling water heating up my place. Does anyone have a go to temp and time for larger batches, because I want to do a dozen at once for egg salad.
