I swore off air fryer Brussels sprouts until last week
I tried them once and they came out burnt and bitter, so I gave up. My cousin made me try her method with a bit of oil and garlic powder. They were so crispy and sweet, I've made them three times since. Why did I wait so long to give it another shot?

My first batch was a total fail, but garlic powder made all the diff for me too.
