Hit 500 air fryer recipes saved and realized I only make 8 of them on repeat
I finally crossed 500 saved air fryer recipes in my bookmarks folder last night. But when I actually looked through my cooking log for the past 3 months, I only made the same 8 recipes over and over. That means I spent hours scrolling and saving stuff I never even tried once. It's a total waste of mental energy and grocery budget honestly. The worst part is I have ingredients for like 20 different dishes sitting in my pantry right now but I still default to chicken thighs and frozen broccoli. Has anyone else realized their saved recipe count is way higher than what you actually cook?

Man I feel this so hard. I did the same thing but with my air fryer pinterest board - over 600 pins and I cook like 5 recipes on repeat. What finally helped me was I deleted my whole folder and started over with only stuff I actually wanted to eat that week. Like I forced myself to pick 3 new recipes from saved ones and actually cook them before saving anything else. The garlic honey chicken and crispy tofu ones were total game changers but all those fancy stuffed mushrooms or weird dessert recipes? Never touched them. Just gotta be real with yourself that you're not gonna make 500 recipes, you're gonna make 10 good ones.

Deleting the whole folder and starting over" sounds brutal but honestly kinda freeing. Did you find you actually missed a bunch of stuff after a week, or was it more like a relief to have it all gone?
