Had to pick between a $30 air fryer and a $150 one, chose wrong
My old air fryer finally gave out after 4 years. I was at Target and had to decide between their cheapest model and a fancy one with all the presets. I went cheap to save money, figured an air fryer is an air fryer right? Well now my chicken comes out dry on one side and raw on the other, and the timer is off by like 5 minutes every time. Anyone else regret going budget on an appliance?

Used to think all air fryers were basically the same too, but my cheap one had the exact same uneven cooking problem. Finally caved and got a mid range model and it's night and day difference. Kind of kicking myself for wasting money on the budget version now.
