Had a crazy good air fryer week after I got some frozen egg rolls from Costco

I bought that big box of frozen chicken and cilantro egg rolls from Costco on a whim, tossed a few in my air fryer at 375 for about 8 minutes... and honestly they came out perfect every single time last week. The filling was hot all the way through and the wrapper got crispy without burning. Has anyone else found a frozen egg roll brand that works this well in an air fryer, or was it just beginner's luck?

Yo that box is legit, I've gone through three of them already. Pro tip: flip them halfway through cooking so both sides get evenly crispy, sounds like you already nailed the temp and time though. If you want to try another brand, the Bibigo ones from Costco work just as good in my experience.
