Finally nailed air fryer salmon and it's a game-changer...
I've always been scared to cook fish in the air fryer... thought it would dry out or stick. But last night, I tried a simple marinade and preheated the basket... it came out perfectly flaky and juicy. Everyone at the table was shocked... now I'm never going back to pan-frying. Seriously, if you haven't tried salmon in there, you're missing out.
I was the same way, always worried it would turn into fish jerky in there. The preheating tip is a total game changer for sure. What temperature and time did you end up using for yours? I find even a minute too long can make a difference. Have you tried any other types of fish in the air fryer yet, or just salmon?
