My AI writing assistant made up a fake court case yesterday
I was drafting a legal brief for a client in Cleveland and the AI generated a citation to a case that doesn't exist. Spent 2 hours tracking it down before realizing it was completely fabricated. How do you all catch these hallucinations before they cause real damage?
