We got this new AI tool that writes emails and summaries for us. Now, instead of popping by my desk to ask a quick question, my coworker just pings the bot. Last week, I missed out on a project update because the AI summary left out key details from our meeting. It's like we're all talking to machines instead of each other. I tried to bring this up in a team meeting, but everyone said it's more efficient. But what about the ideas that come from random talks? I feel like we're losing the human touch that makes work good. Honestly, I think we need to set rules to keep real chats alive.
