Had a client's CRM meltdown last Tuesday and it made me rethink trusting AI scheduling entirely

Trusting any kind of scheduling software with client data, that's the real gamble right there. Hope you at least got a good story out of the crash.

I get what you're saying about trusting software with client data, that's always a risk. But the crash wasn't really the software's fault though. It was more about user error on our end, someone accidentally hitting the wrong button and it cascaded into a mess. The story I got out of it is mostly just me trying to explain to clients why their appointments got double booked and spending a whole day on the phone sorting it out lol. Honestly the real lesson was that having a backup plan matters way more than the software itself.
