An intern's demo made me scrap my whole AI workflow

Last Tuesday a summer intern at our station showed me a free AI tool that transcribes voicemails and sorts them by urgency. I've been using a $40 app for months that does half the job and misses half the calls. She set it up in like 10 minutes with zero training. It hit different because she didn't sell anything, she just showed me the output on her phone. Anyone else had a younger coworker casually outshine a paid system you thought was fine?
