Had a coworker who kept "fixing" our shared Excel sheets by deleting formulas and typing numbers in instead
Three weeks ago I found out she was manually updating 47 cells every Friday because she didn't trust the =SUM function. Has anyone else dealt with someone who refuses to learn basic software features?

Hid the formula bar and locked all cells except the input ones. Then set up a hidden sheet with the formulas and made the visible cells just reference those. She never noticed the difference, just typed her numbers in and the totals updated by themselves. Took me 20 minutes to set up and saved her about 2 hours every week. She actually started asking me to show her other shortcuts after that.
