Cooking vegan on a budget showed me that superfoods are overrated
I see lots of recipes full of expensive items like goji berries and hemp seeds. I think you don't need these for healthy eating. My oatmeal tastes good with plain rolled oats and banana, no fancy seeds. For protein, I eat beans and lentils instead of pricey powders. This keeps my grocery bill low and my meals simple. Sure, some folks love those trends, but my body feels the same without them. Let's talk more about easy, cheap vegan food.
