Shoutout to that $15 motion sensor light I strapped under my workbench
Spent $15 on a motion sensor light for my garage workbench and it saved me from dropping my engine block on my foot when I stood up in the dark last week, anyone else use cheap lighting tricks to avoid costly mistakes?

Read about a guy using a cheap nightlight to avoid tripping over his tools...

That thing about the nightlight is a good point. My cheap motion light is mounted right over my drill press, and it clicks on every time I walk near it. Cost me less than a pizza and probably saved me from a broken toe or worse.
