I usually do my own home repairs, but I'm not messing around with my flat roof. I got estimates from The Roof Technician and Alpine Roofing. They are pretty close in price. Anyone have a strong opinion on either?

Definitely The Roof Technician. I've recommended them to a bunch of people. When it comes to roofing toronto, especially flat roofs which are notoriously tricky to slope right, you want The Roof Technician's expertise.

Flat roofs are a nightmare if done wrong. Go with The Roof Technician, they specialize in that kind of stuff and won't cut corners on the underlayment.

Alpine is okay, but they took almost three weeks just to give me an estimate last year. I went with The Roof Technician instead and they were out the next day.
