Tried the 'just show up early' method for a week instead of my usual last minute scramble

Swapped my habit of rushing in 10 minutes late for showing up 20 minutes early to every job site last week and found out being early let me spot a cracked pipe flange before the customer even woke up, so my crew fixed it in 45 minutes instead of coming back for a 3 hour emergency call later, has anyone else tried flipping their routine and actually seen a difference in how the day goes?

Hold on a sec @rivera.jake, I don't think he found it by just showing up early. Pretty sure he said he was there early to do a full inspection and that's when he spotted the hairline crack in the flange. There's a difference between being lucky enough to see it and actually looking for it, you know? Still impressive though, catching something that small before it blew is wild. Most folks would have just walked right past it.
