My phone's screen time alert went off at noon and I'd already hit 6 hours

I was sitting on my porch last Tuesday, scrolling through videos of people cooking things I'd never make. The notification popped up and I actually laughed out loud. 6 hours. I woke up at 8. So that's my entire morning gone. I didn't even realize I was doing it, you know? I just kept tapping and swiping. I tried putting my phone in the kitchen drawer for the rest of the day. By 3 PM I was pacing around my apartment like a crazy person, actually reached for it three times before remembering. Has anyone else had that moment where you see the number and it just hits you different?

And you're right, it really is. There's something deeply satisfying about the quiet moments when everything just... clicks into place. No drama, no chasing, just a sense of being exactly where you're meant to be. That paycheck landing on time, the dog sleeping at your feet, the kids fed and homework done. It's not flashy, but it's the kind of win that holds up year after year.
