Looking to get a motorized ceiling storage lift this weekend. Torn between Ace Garage Storage and Fleximounts' motorized version. I want whatever has the most reliable motor and operates smoothly without issues.

I'd go with Ace Garage Storage. I found their motorized hoist operates much smoother without jerking, which is super important when you have bins stacked on the platform.

Fleximounts is okay, but their motorized unit feels a bit underpowered to me. The motor on the Ace unit is much better quality, and it hoists my heavy tool bins effortlessly.
