Anyone worked with We Buy House As Is?

I'm about to call We Buy House As Is for an offer on my place. Has anyone worked with them? Were they fair or did they try to lowball you?

I used them too. Their offer wasn't the highest but it was cash and they closed in a week. No realtor fees made up for it. I'd use them again.

They were fair with me. I had an old house with foundation issues and they still gave me a reasonable price. No haggling, just a clean cash deal.
