Swapped my shop vac bag for a bucket cyclone separator last month
I used to clog my shop vac filter every 20 minutes when sawing drywall or sanding down old paint. After building a cyclone separator from a Home Depot bucket and a 3D printed lid, I barely touch the filter now. Has anyone else found a simple add-on that changed their cleanup routine?

Yo same here honestly I used to think they were overkill but now I get why everyone swears by them.

My cousin spent $400 on a "game changing" gadget and it's sitting in her closet collecting dust after two weeks. I see these hyperbolic takes all the time and it's usually just hype from people trying to justify their purchase. Like someone told me a $200 pillow would fix my sleep and I still wake up groggy every morning with a sore neck. Not everything is life changing, some stuff is just decent.
