Finally got through a whole work week without crying in the bathroom
I know that sounds dramatic lol but my anxiety has been brutal lately. Last Tuesday I actually made it through a 4pm meeting without spacing out or panicking and it felt like winning a gold medal. Has anyone else had a random day where everything just clicked?
