Can we talk about the time my garage door spring snapped at 6 AM?

It broke right as I was backing out for a showing near Bakersfield, sent the door crashing down on my truck's tailgate, and I spent $480 on emergency repair before noon just to get the place locked up again.

I gotta push back on you saying he got off cheap @jakelee... $480 is still a lot of money to lose before noon no matter how you slice it. Just because the emergency guy in Fresno charged more doesn't make this a bargain...

$480 before noon sounds like you got off cheap honestly. Woke up to mine snapped on a Sunday in Fresno cost me $625 with the emergency weekend fee. Springs are gonna break eventually anyway better it happened in your driveway than out on the road.
