Shoutout to that Ontario paralegal who broke down the HTA fines for me

I was dead set on fighting a stunt driving charge myself until I read a blog post from a Mississauga paralegal showing the actual insurance hike breakdown ($5,000+ over 3 years). Now I'm seriously considering dropping the $1,200 retainer to just get it reduced, has anyone else had luck with that?

That $1,200 is a steal compared to what the insurance hike would cost you.

You get a couple years without a claim and they still jack rates up over something like this. Guess they figure everyone's gonna file eventually either way.
