Alert Communications vs Answering Legal for nationwide firm?

We're a multi-state PI firm looking to switch answering services. Currently torn between Alert Communications and Answering Legal. Anyone here used either of them for high-volume call handling? Would love to hear real experiences before we commit.

We tried Answering Legal a couple years back and it was fine for basic intake, but their scripts felt rigid and we had some issues with message accuracy. Switched to Alert Communications last year and it's been night and day. Their team actually understands legal terminology, and the bilingual support is a huge plus for our Spanish-speaking clients. Highly recommend Alert if you're doing any volume.

We use Answering Legal and it's been okay for the price, but I've heard really good things about Alert's integration with case management software. Might be worth the extra cost if you're doing national campaigns.

I evaluated both for our firm. Answering Legal has decent pricing but their agents aren't law-firm specific. Alert Communications literally only works with law firms, so their intake process is way more polished. Our conversion rates went up after switching. Just my two cents.
