Shoutout to the public library for free resume help
I walked into the downtown branch last Tuesday just to use their printer and ended up getting a 30 minute resume review from a volunteer. She spotted three typos I'd missed and showed me how to rephrase my mail carrier duties into better bullet points. Anyone else found hidden job help at their local library?

My buddy Mike went to the one on 3rd Street to print tax forms and ended up talking to a retired HR lady who rewrote his whole cover letter right there. He got a callback the next week for a job he'd been ignoring for months. Libraries are lowkey gold mines for this stuff.
