Dropped $150 on a professional resume rewrite and got zero interview calls back
The lady wrote everything in weird corporate buzzwords like 'leveraged synergies' and I think the ATS just ate it whole, has anyone else had better luck with a cheaper service or just doing it yourself?

Wasted my own money on something similar and got hit with a wall of nonsense like "optimized cross-functional deliverables." Total joke, just wrote my own from scratch after that and actually started getting callbacks. Stick with a clean, simple template and skip the buzzword factory.

Read something from a hiring manager last week that said they skip resumes with more than 5 buzzwords because it screams "copy-paste." @jason_kelly8 nailed it, those templates just waste your time. Clean and direct always beats corporate garbage.
