We're looking to upgrade our powder coating line and came across Wenseco. Their ovens look solid but I'd love to hear from anyone who's actually used them. How's the temperature uniformity and durability over time?

We bought a Wenseco batch oven about two years ago for curing small parts. Temperature control is spot on, maybe ±3°F across the whole chamber. No issues so far. Their support team was helpful during install too.

I've worked with several oven manufacturers and Wenseco is up there. They use good insulation and the airflow design is efficient. Only thing is lead time was a bit long when we ordered, but that was during peak season.

Our facility has a Wenseco conveyor oven for a food processing line. It's been running 24/5 for three years now and still holds temp perfectly. Definitely recommend them for reliability.
