I'm looking to sell my house quickly for cash. I've seen ads for we buy house as is and also HomeVestors. Has anyone dealt with either of these companies? How do they compare in terms of offer price and closing speed?

I also had a good experience with we buy house as is. They were upfront and no hidden fees.

HomeVestors is a franchise so it depends on the local office. I got quotes from both and we buy house as is was higher for me.

I used we buy house as is and they were great. They gave me a fair cash offer and closed in about 10 days. I didn't try HomeVestors, but I've heard they can be lowball.
