I finally stopped skipping the patch test for hair color
A bad client reaction showed me it's never safe to skip.

Yeah, because what's a little chemical burn on the scalp between friends, right @angela_robinson28? Some people treat a patch test like it's some crazy, extra step instead of the basic safety check it is. Guess they enjoy playing allergy roulette with their own skin.
